Jubilee SMS Program Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (these "SMS Terms") govern the Jubilee text messaging program (the "Jubilee SMS Program") operated by Jubilee Investments, Inc. ("Jubilee," "we," "us," or "our"). These SMS Terms are incorporated into our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Privacy Policy. By opting in to the Jubilee SMS Program, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

The Jubilee SMS Program sends you text messages from Jubilee about your home buying inquiry. These messages may include responses to questions you have asked, updates on the status of your inquiry or application, appointment and home showing reminders, requests for information needed to continue your inquiry, customer support messages, and information about Jubilee's own products and services.

2. How You Opt In

Enrollment in the Jubilee SMS Program requires your separate, express opt-in. You opt in to the Program by clicking "Agree and Continue" on the step of the "Check My Buying Power" flow on jubileehomes.com where you enter your name and phone number, after reviewing the consent disclosure presented with that button, or through another Jubilee form or webpage that presents express Program opt-in language.

Consent to receive text messages from Jubilee is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining any product or service from Jubilee. You may decline to enroll, or opt out at any time, and still use the rest of our Services.

You may only enroll a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to participate.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on how you interact with Jubilee and where you are in your home buying inquiry.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details of your plan and any applicable charges.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel your participation in the Jubilee SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from the Jubilee SMS Program. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again as described in Section 2.

6. How to Get Help

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, email support@withjubilee.com, or call 628-500-9256.

7. Your Mobile Information and Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your phone number and opt-in data are used solely to send you Jubilee's own messages as described in these SMS Terms. Service providers who transmit messages on our behalf may process this information solely to deliver those messages, and for no other purpose.

Opting in to the Jubilee SMS Program does not constitute consent to be contacted by any third party, and your Jubilee SMS Program opt-in data is never shared with, or used by, any lender, real estate agent, mortgage company, or other third party. Any consent you may separately give to be contacted by third parties is a separate consent, is collected separately, and is described in Section 3 of our Privacy Policy.

All other handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Carriers and Delivery

Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is outside of Jubilee's control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Jubilee SMS Program may not be available on all carriers or on all devices.

9. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may modify or cancel the Jubilee SMS Program, or any of its features, at any time. We may also update these SMS Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued participation in the Jubilee SMS Program after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.

3. * Example terms for 2% down with a Jubilee Joint Purchase (per $1,000,000 in property value): Initial ground rent is $2,979 per month. Your rent is set at the beginning of the agreement and will increase by 3% annually.
